One of the reasons this website was created was to provide a place for those interested in early music to exchange ideas, experiences and opinions about 18th century music, and especially about Clio & Euterpe.
One of the best definitions of chamber music of the period describes it as the music of friends. Our hope is that this site will become a meeting place for friends and inspire visitors to discuss music and share information—perhaps to eventually meet and share the music itself.
